- Emirates ID
- Trade license
- Certificate of incorporation
- Lease contract
- Utility bill
- Detailed business plan
- Memorandum & Articles of Association
- Board resolution to open the account
- Shareholders’ passport copies
- Source of funds disclosure
- List of at least 5 suppliers and 5 clients
- Shareholders’ personal bank statements (last 6 months)
- Bank statements for any existing company (if applicable)
- Certificate of Good Conduct (after bank discussion)
- Submit documents to the bank for due diligence and attend a final interview
