  • Trade license
  • Certificate of incorporation
  • Lease contract
  • Utility bill
  • Detailed business plan
  • Memorandum & Articles of Association
  • Board resolution to open the account
  • Shareholders’ passport copies
  • Source of funds disclosure
  • List of at least 5 suppliers and 5 clients
